Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward emails from one e-mail box to another, set up email filters, create autoresponder messages and guard your mailboxes against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the e-mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
